Growing up on raw milk.

I was raised on raw milk all my life. I never knew anything different then the taste of pure, raw milk. People ask, "what is so special about raw milk?" Well, for one thing it is pure. With nothing added, it is the true taste that milk is supposed to have. As a kid, I  never got poison ivy or the normal cold that all of my classmates always had. I was the picture of health and I still am. Why? Because I drink raw milk. Just plain, nothing added, straight from the cow, raw milk. So if you are looking for milk that is healthy and pure, just go back to the roots....straight from the cow. Drink raw milk.

What is a cow share?

One of the most asked questions I've had to answer is what exactly a cow share is. Well, its your part of a cow! Since we can't legally sell you raw milk in Indiana, we can sell you the cow instead! When you pay for a cow share you are buying your own part of a cow. After you buy your part of the cow, you pay a *boarding fee*. The boarding fee is the cost of taking care of the cow and feeding it also. There is no limit on how much milk you can obtain and you are not locked into anything. This is great way to get what you want!

You may be wondering why you should drink raw milk.Well, raw milk has been used in therapy, in folk medicine and even in the Mayo Clinic for centuries. It has been used in the pre-insulin days to treat diabetes (I've tried it, it works), eczema, intestinal worms, allergies, arthritis, and other afflictions, all for reasons which can be understood when we examine just what is in milk (e.g., the cortisone-like factor for allergies and eczema). Rarely is anyone truly allergic to grass-fed cows' milk (feeding high protein feeds to the cows changes the milk, making it more allergenic).
